FEES

(1) Registration Fee : This fee is charged once only at the time of registration and is meant to contribute towards development expenditure.

(2) Annual Fee : This fee is charged once every year on the First day of joining in every new session for continuing trainees, and at the time of admission of new students.

(3) Tuition Fee : This fee is charged every half year, and is payable on the SECOND MONDAY (or the next wording day incase it is a holidays) of each six months.

(4) Examination Fee : This fee is charged at the time of submission of examination forms to the Directorate of Technical Education in accordance with the rates fixed by them. This fee is payable separately for each examination along with additional charges levied if paid late.

(5) Caution Money : To be charged from admitted student only. The caution money is payable at the time of Admission and it meant to ensure seriousness of purpose as also of cover. Nominally, safe keeping of the Institute property. The caution money is kept in deposit with the Institute and is refunded to the Trainee or forfeited according to the following provisions :

(a) Caution Money is refunded in full or partially, after adjusting any outstanding bills. Breakage charges, fines etc. after a Trainee leaves the giving due notice and clearing all dues.

(b) Caution Money will be forfeited if :

(i) The Candidate after admission. Does not complete the year to which he is admitted and leaves the Institute without due notice and without clearing his dues and fees for the remaining period.

(ii) The name of the Trainee is removed from the rolls due to undisciplined, false statements or absence. 

All payments made to the Institute in respect of fees and other charges (Except external examination fee) are acknowledge by proper receipts. Parents / Guardians / Trainees are strongly advise to insist on the issue of such a receipt from the institute office whenever any payment is made.

(6) Other charges (Miscellaneous)

(a) Readmission fee @ Rs. 100.00 will be charged in all cases where a Trainee rejoins one his name is struck off on any account.

(b) A nominal charge Rs. 5.00 will be levied for each duplicate certificate of any type and for any such certificate which is not issued by the institute as a routine.

(c) Fine of Rs. 2.00 per day of unauthorised absence and also for late payments of fee will be charged, upto a period of 5 days, after which the name of the defaulter will be removed from the rolls. 

Special fines may also be imposed for acts of unspecified, disorderly Conduct, or irresponsible handling of the Institute property every if no damage is caused

NOTE :

a) Fees at the time of admission must be paid through Bank Draft on Bank of Baroda, Pisangan, payable to Jaju Industrial Training Centre, Pisangan, Distt, Ajmer.

b) All fees are Non-refundable, except caution Money, and once paid cannot be paid back.

c) A Trainee once admitted, has to pay full tuition fee for the entire year to which he / she is admitted even if he / she leaves the Institute without completing the year except as provided under clause (2) in withdrawals.

d) The current rates of fees, applicable for the session for which admission so sought are appended with the Registration and Admission Application Form.

MORE IMPORTANT :

The admission is subject to the candidature accepted by the Directorate of Technical Education and the name of the candidate is registered with them. In case the Directorate of Technical Education refuse registration, the admission of the Trainee shall stand cancelled automatically as he/she will have no claims on the Institution.
